Hello Copa Team,
We are excited to announce that the second phase of Open Enrollment will take place from May 18, 2026, through June 5, 2026.
During this time, you may make changes to your
Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Ancillary Benefits elections.
All benefit elections and updates must be completed in Kronos. If you do not wish to make any changes, no action is required your current benefits will automatically roll over into the 2026–2027 plan year. This enrollment period is also your opportunity to enroll in or discontinue eligible benefits.
To help support you during Open Enrollment, we will be hosting two Zoom information sessions:
• May 19, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• May 20, 2026 | 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Important Reminders
• Health Savings Accounts will be discontinued. Depending on the medical plan selected through Savii, there are HSA-compatible options which would allow you to maintain a HSA via a 3rd party vendor.
• Flexible Spending Accounts will be discontinued. Claims for services incurred 7/1/25-5/31/26 need to be submitted by 8/31/26 to avoid forfeiture.
• During this annual Open Enrollment period, you may increase your existing
Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance coverage by up to $50,000 (in $10,000
increments) for employees, and by $10,000 (in $5,000 increments) for spouses,
without Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
• If you have not enrolled in medical benefits by May 15, 2026, you may still enroll
through June 5, 2026. Please note that coverage effective dates will vary based on
your election date and may begin on either June 1, 2026 or July 1, 2026.
